Magento 1 and 2 Services and Pricing

Our flexible service agreements for existing Magento 1 and Magento 2 online stores are based on monthly support hours that can be varied from month-to-month. Service can include hosting if required.

We also offer upgrade services for those with older Magento sites, and new installation services for those wanting to start their Magento ecommerce journey.

If you require any add-on support or require new add-ons created specifically for your business requirements, Syncrony can accommodate your requirements. This includes any development, installation, and setup/configuration of those add-ons.

Adjustable Monthly Support Hours

Monthly support hours start at a 3-hour per month minimum and can expand to any required number of hours. There are two foundation principles that relate to these hours:

  • Agreed hours can be varied from month to month on request
  • Unused hours cannot be banked

We will do our utmost to work around these rules for our customers and hours can be negotiated and adjusted as required.

Our hourly pricing is £45 per hour or lower for service agreements.

Optional Magento Hosting

We provide hosting for Magento 1 and Magento 2 online shops. Our Magento 1 hosting can be configured to support any combination of PHP or MySQL versioning. (Click here for details)

Our hosting service includes regular backups as well as a clone/sandbox version. Our backups run on a once daily rotation, with a variable series of archival weekly or monthly copies. Restores are not charged for. A single monthly restore is included in the hosting price.

Hosting plans start at £50 per month which include a sandbox site, daily backups, restores and 1 hour of hosting administration.

Monthly eCommerce Report

As part of our hosing service, we will create a personalised summary sales report for your website.

Our eCommerce Report includes:

Sales stats summary – such as Total Orders, Invoice value, Shipping breakdown, top selling products and best customers.

7 by 24 Support for Emergencies

Syncrony is a small, hands on business, that is built around excellence in the Magento domain. We fully appreciate how hard your work and the difficulties that you face keeping your store running and growing. And despite all best efforts, emergencies happen. And they unfortunately don't always take place during office hours.

Which brings us to our 24-hour emergency support.

When this untimely happens, the Syncrony Team will be there to help.  After-hours, weekends or public holidays.

All you need is a Service Agreement.

Our emergency Support Service Agreements is £60 per hour.

Magento Upgrade Services

At Syncrony we understand that your ecommerce store is precious, with 100% uptime required to keep your business flowing. Because of that you may be wary of any upgrade necessities and downtime that those upgrades may bring. However, if you are running older versions of Magento, you are not only losing out on the power that the latest version can bring to your business, but you are also placing your business in danger of exploits and loss of functionality that comes with older versions of Magento.

We can provide a full upgrade service for your existing store and ensure the minimum amount of downtime, whilst at the same time ensuring that your store runs at an optimal level going forward.

If you want to maintain the look and feel of your existing store front, we can accommodate that. However, if you want to upgrade the look and feel of your store we can do that too.

New Magento Installation

If you are looking to launch a new store or migrate away from Woocommerce or Shopify, then we can ensure your new Magento Store fits your needs perfectly.

Not only can we install Magento on your servers (or 3rd party hosting services), we will ensure all the configuration is setup to suit your needs. From setting up the database, uploading products, configuring pricing and taxes, setting up shipping, and installing all your required payment gateways, your store will be ready for launch.

Not only can we setup the store to suit your needs, but we can also design and configure the front-end of your store so that it matches your design requirements.
