Pricing

Our flexible service agreements for existing Magento 1 and Magento 2 stores are based on monthly support hours that can be adjusted month to month. Hosting can also be included where required.

We offer upgrade services for older Magento installations, as well as new Magento installations for businesses looking to begin or expand their ecommerce journey.

If you need additional support or bespoke add-ons built specifically for your business, Syncrony can help. This includes the development, installation, configuration, and ongoing support of custom or third-party extensions.

Adjustable Monthly Support Hours

Monthly support plans start from a minimum of 3 hours per month and can scale to any number of hours as required. Two core principles apply:

• Agreed support hours can be adjusted month to month on request

• Unused hours cannot be carried over

We always aim to be flexible and will work with our customers to negotiate and adjust hours wherever possible.

Our standard hourly rate is £45 per hour, with discounted rates available under service agreements.

Optional Magento Hosting

We provide fully managed hosting for Magento 1 and Magento 2 stores. Magento 1 hosting can be configured to support a wide range of PHP and MySQL versions.

Our hosting service includes:

• Daily automated backups

• Weekly and monthly archival backups

• A clone/sandbox environment

• Free restores (one restore per month included)

Hosting plans start from £50 per month, which includes a sandbox site, daily backups, restores, and 1 hour of hosting administration.

Monthly eCommerce Report

As part of our hosting service, we provide a personalised monthly sales report for your store.

The report includes:

• Total orders

• Invoice values

• Shipping breakdown

• Top-selling products

• Best customers

24/7 Emergency Support

Syncrony is a small, hands-on business built around excellence in Magento. We understand the challenges of running and growing an ecommerce store—and that emergencies don’t always happen during office hours.

Our 24/7 emergency support service is available after hours, on weekends, and on public holidays. When something goes wrong, our team will be there to help.

All you need is a Service Agreement.

Emergency support is charged at £60 per hour.

Magento Upgrade Services

We understand how critical your ecommerce store is and how important uptime is to your business. While upgrades can feel risky, running outdated versions of Magento exposes your store to security vulnerabilities, reduced performance, and loss of functionality.

We provide full Magento upgrade services with minimal downtime, ensuring your store remains secure, stable, and optimised for the future.

If you wish to retain your existing look and feel, we can do so—or we can redesign and modernise your storefront as part of the upgrade.

New Magento Installation

If you’re launching a new store or migrating from platforms such as WooCommerce or Shopify, we can deliver a Magento solution tailored precisely to your needs.

We handle the full setup process, including:

• Shipping setup

• Payment gateway integration
